Her knee, and she! Is the debut release by Nottingham’s Dead Spex. The three track EP comes crashing in under the nine minute mark, offering the listener a lesson in straight up, urgent, lo fi punk with the added bonus of pop hooks. Using a triple vocal attack, syncopated bass lines and shards of scratchy uncomfortable guitars, Dead Spex high lighted with their debut an understanding of less is more song writing and a joy of the pop hook.
